Covid-19 Policy

We are remaining open to continue serving our patients and the community. We are open for limited hours and availability. Please contact our office if you need to make an appointment or request food or medications for your pet.

 

We will be open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, and closed on weekends.

 

Starting Monday July 6th we will be open 8:00am to 3:00pm, and closed on weekends.

Please note the office will be closed between 11-12 to allow our staff to take a break and sanitize the office. 

We will continue to comply with the recommendations of the Santa Barbara County Health Department on social distancing of 6 feet. Due to the small size of our lobby and examination rooms your pet's examination will take place in your absence. Please text us at 805-568-4872 when you arrive in our parking lot, and we will instruct you on how to proceed. You will be able to discuss the symptoms and concerns pertaining to the appointment with one of our staff members. Your pet will be examined by the doctor in your absence and the findings and/or recommendations will be discussed with you over the phone.

For food and medication orders/refills, please call 48 hours ahead. Once you are notified it is ready, you may call and pay by card over the phone, and we will place your items in our pick up area. If you are paying by cash, please have exact change,or check please text us at 805-568-4872 when you arrive and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

Please respect the social distance of other clients in our small parking lot as well. We appreciate clients wearings masks and sanitizing carriers to the best of their ability. Thank you for your patience with our staff, we are all doing our best to serve your pet and the community during these difficult times.
