As we are considered an essential business, we have decided to remain open to continue serving our patients and the community. We will be seeing patients who are presenting new symptoms of illness, as well as existing patients for management of their current medical conditions. We will also continue to provide you with your prescription medications and diets. We will be cancelling all elective appointments and procedures for the time being including annual exams, vaccines, avian and feline grooming, non-emergency dental procedures, and other elective surgeries. Please contact our office for clarification if you are unsure if your pet's situation is deemed medically necessary, we apologize for this inconvenience.
We will be open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, and closed on weekends.
We will continue to comply with the recommendations of the Santa Barbara County Health Department on social distancing of 6 feet. Due to the small size of our lobby and examination rooms your pet's examination will take place in your absence. Please call when you arrive in our parking lot, and one of our staff members will collect your animal. You will still be able to discuss the symptoms and concerns pertaining to the appointment with one of our staff members. Your pet will be examined by the doctor in your absence and the findings and/or recommendations will be discussed with you over the phone.
For food and medication orders/refills, please call 48 hours ahead. When you arrive to pick up your order, please have your credit card number ready to give over the phone to the receptionist, and we will bring your order to the car. We will also accept cash and checks at the time of pickup, please have your own pen for checks, and exact change for cash.
Please respect the social distance in our small parking lot as well. We appreciate your patience with the staff as we are all doing our best to serve your pet and the community during these difficult times.
