Covid-19 Policy

We are inviting clients inside the exam room with their pet's when the Santa Barbara County Covid case rates are low.* Face masks are required at all times while inside the clinic and speaking with our staff. If you choose to not wear a face mask we invite you to wait in your car during your pets appointment and speak with the doctor over the phone regarding exam findings and recommendations.

For food and medication orders/refills, please call 48 hours ahead. Once you are notified your order is ready you may call and pay by card over the phone or pay in person during business hours. If preferred, we offer no-contact pick up, please call our office for details.

We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm and closed on weekends.

Please note the office will be closed between 11:30-12:30 to allow our staff to take a break and sanitize the office.
