While the state mask mandate has been lifted, our staff will continue to wear masks and follow social distance protocols to ensure a safe work place. We ask clients to do the same while interacting with our staff. Please also be mindful of the personal space of other clients in our parking lot and while checking in or picking up items.
Due to the small size of our lobby and examination rooms we are offering curbside services only. We will invite pet's families to be present during visits once our staff feels comfortable to do so, we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
Upon arrival for an appointment please text us at 805-569-2287 and our staff will instruct you on how to proceed. Upon check in a staff member will discuss your pet's health with you and ask you a series of medical questions to ensure the doctor has as much pertinent information as possible during the exam. Please allocate enough time to thoroughly discuss your pet's health with our staff.
The doctor will examine your pet, preform diagnostics as necessary, and will call you with the findings and/or recommendations. Please ensure you bring your cell phone with you to the appointment. We ask that you do no make other plans during your pet's appointment or schedule your appointment during a time you will be unable to speak with the doctor.
For food and medication orders/refills, please call 48 hours ahead. Once you are notified your order is ready you may call and pay by card over the phone or pay in person during business hours. If preferred, we offer no-contact pick up, please call our office for details.
We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm and closed on weekends.
Please note the office will be closed between 11:30-12:30 to allow our staff to take a break and sanitize the office.
